Refund and Cancellation Policy

Apulki Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable children, families, and communities. We value the trust you place in us when making donations or engaging in sponsorships. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Donations (One-time and Recurring)

• All donations made to Apulki Foundation are final and non-refundable.

• We do not encourage cancellations of donations once the transaction is completed.

• Refunds will only be considered in the case of:

• Duplicate donations due to technical errors.

• Incorrect amount deducted more than once.

• Fraudulent transaction (only upon validation).

To request a refund in these specific cases, please email sagarchikane.8785@gmail.com with the following details:

• Full name of the donor

• Date and amount of the transaction

• Donation receipt/reference number

• Reason for the refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10–15 working days. Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original method of payment.

2. Child Sponsorship

• Sponsorships are based on monthly contributions. You can choose to cancel your sponsorship at any time by writing to sagarchikane.8785@gmail.com or calling us at 95031 38007.

• Upon cancellation, we will stop further deductions. However, any payments already made will not be refunded.

• If deductions continue after cancellation (due to system error), we will investigate and refund the excess amount after verification.

3. Event/Workshop Cancellations

If you register for an event or workshop:

• Cancellations must be notified at least 7 days prior to the event date for a potential refund (if applicable).

• Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 15 working days.

• Apulki Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event. In such cases, registered participants will be offered a full refund or credit for a future event.

4. No Refund on In-kind Contributions

No refunds will be provided for contributions made in-kind (e.g. clothes, goods, school supplies) once accepted and acknowledged by the Foundation.
